What is your preferred self-care routine or activity?

D) Treating yourself to a spa day followed by indulging in delicious food.

All the options are good but I would prefer option D. I take self-care very seriously.
I am one of those people that neglect themselves😥. I never have time to myself. I tried after the work life balance class by going for a massage and foot scrub. I always have so much going on. If there is a mentor who specialises in that regard kindly let me know . I really need that balance.
I'm all for option one, but open to new options
