Hi friends,
We warmly welcome you to the month of May, friends! We're thrilled to begin this new journey with you and hope that this month brings you joy, success, and fresh opportunities.
You may be at a point in your life or career where you feel the need to hit the reset button. While this can be daunting, it's essential to keep in mind that every fresh start is a chance for personal growth and new experiences.
To help you build the right mindset for this, we recommend taking small steps towards your goals every day. Start by setting achievable goals and breaking them down into smaller, more manageable tasks. Remember to celebrate your wins along the way, no matter how small they may seem.
Another way to build the right mindset is to practice gratitude. Take time each day to reflect on the things that you're grateful for, whether it's your Career or business, your family, friends and professional network, or simply the beauty of nature around you. Gratitude can help shift your focus from what you don't have to what you do have and can help you stay positive and motivated.
Finally, don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it. Whether it's seeking advice from a mentor (you can connect with one for free on Konseye: The Mentorship Network platform), reaching out to a friend for support, or simply taking a break when you need it. Remember that you don't have to do it alone.
So, here's to a new month, new beginnings, and the endless possibilities that lie ahead.
Happy International Labor (worker’s) Day and Happy Mental Health Awareness Month. Throughout this month we will dedicate our #mondaymusings to topics of mental health awareness in the context of your career and following your dreams.
Remember with the right network anything is possible!
Have a wonderful week,
Team Konseye.

Thanks Ade. I am learning a lot. Now I have to also have a gratitude diary. How do you manage all these diaries?
Konseye's posts always relate to my current thoughts, "A coincidence". I totally agree with the practice of gratitude in our daily lives. Every month, I write down my gratitude in my gratitude journal. As an example, I will write down what I am grateful for this month. I will say, wow "there are so many wonderful things that have happened as simple as being able to eat your favorite food".
And regarding seeking help, it is a form of strength, not weakness. So, I agree to find a mentor and support system because they can see "potential" that I can't see. Last but not least "Happy International Labor (worker’s) Day and Happy Mental Health Awareness Month" ❤
Thanks for reminding me about planning my day and celebrating achievements during the course of the journey. I managed to take out my weekly planner. However, I have not planned my week yet😎. I have to do it because it will surely help me get a bit more organised.
I will be waiting to learn more about mental health this month. It seems to be a huge problem that needs to be attended to fast.
Thanks
