Career Transition Approach

Hello friends,
When it comes to transitioning careers, which approach do you prefer? Would you rather:
A) Dive right in and make an immediate transition
B) Take your time to learn and move slowly
C) Keep a side hustle going while making the transition
Looking forward to your response.
It is a C for me. It is always good to have something I am passionate about on the side.
I agree with C. That's what I did and it worked for me. But I also know that for some people they prefer to immerse themselves 100 percent into their passion as it can be difficult juggling. I'm curious to hear other thoughts and experiences 🙂
Interesting - I think I’ll go with the third option (side hustle also indicates multiple streams of income🤑) it helps with soft landing transitions
