This is why we provide group mentoring sessions in intimate groups of a maximum of 5 people. Our members have joined the mentors in giving each other advice and guidance. In addition, the group mentoring experience helps us realize that we are never alone, there are no crazy questions, and we're all on the same journey although with different experiences.

At Konseye: The Mentorship Network, members not only learn from their mentors but also from peers, creating valuable connections. These connections can lead to collaborative projects, freelance opportunities, or even job referrals. At one of our mentoring sessions earlier this year, two members connected over social media branding. Although they were both in the mentoring session with their own unique questions, by participating in the group session in the "Konseye way" of sharing and mutual respect, the mentor was able to identify synergies that helped to establish a beneficial connection for the two members.
