What to Bring:

• An open mind.
• Log on to a free online resource such as www.canva.com, www.milanote.com or Pinterest where you can create your own electronic vision board and upload pictures, affirmations, and quotes that inspire you. If you would prefer to create your board physically you can bring a journal, pictures from magazines, coloured pens, scissors, glue, poster board etc.
• Your favorite snacks and beverages - it’s an online party!
