Quick check-in

Hi friends,

Let's do a quick check-in to reflect on our goals and plans for the year. We will call it our quarterly review, where we assess our career goals.

If you're conducting a career review, here are some useful questions you can ask yourself to assess and analyze your progress towards your career goals thus far.

  1. What were my accomplishments and challenges (big or small) in my career during the past quarter?

  2. What am I most proud of myself for?

  3. Have I developed any new skills or competencies that will help me advance my career goals?

  4. Have I made any meaningful progress toward my long-term career objectives?

  5. Am I satisfied with my current career path, or do I need to make any adjustments to achieve my goals?

  6. Are there any areas where I need to improve my performance, skills, or knowledge to achieve my career goals?

  7. What steps can I take in the upcoming quarter to further my career goals?

  8. Is there anyone I need to seek advice or guidance from to help me achieve my career goals? - (psst…We have expert mentors that can help with this)

Reviewing your personal career goals on a quarterly basis is an excellent way to assess your progress and ensure you're on track to achieve your objectives. And even if the answers aren’t to your liking don’t despair - the purpose of the review is to get you back on track.

You are not alone on this journey, you can connect with a mentor, even as you assess and analyze your progress toward your goals. Remember friend, With the Right Network, Anything is Possible.

Have a wonderful week.

Psst...(Stay tuned for next Monday's topic: network like a pro)
